AN EXHIBITION of mosaics that use materials from around the world will go on show in Otley next weekend.
Sue Kershaw’s artworks feature everything from shells collected in Sicily to pots from the River Ganges.
Her mosaics are part of the Fragments of Time exhibition she is putting on at the Courthouse from Sunday.
The 45-year-old, from Huttons Ambo near Malton, said: “The exhibition brings together a series of materials I have collected from my travels across the world, with a view to building a collection for my work.”
Sue’s inspiration comes from a visit to Italy 25 years ago.
The free exhibition runs to May 3, with viewings available from 10am-4pm, Monday-Saturday, and on the last Sunday of the month during the 9.30am-1pm Designer Craft Fair.
