CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER BAILDON VILLAGE AND MAIN STREET AND CHURCH LANE ESHOLT NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions:-
i) No Waiting at Any Time on lengths of Jenny Lane, Springfield Road, Baildon Road, Hallfield Drive, Fyfe Grove, Midland Road, The Crescent, Valley View, Cliffe Lane West, Richard Whitely Drive, Centenary Road, St James' Road, Woodview Avenue, Otley Road, Kirklands Lane, Baildon and Main Street Esholt
ii) Resident Permit Parking Zone-All days 10.00am-6.00pm on lengths of Perseverance Street, Wainman Street and Angel Street, Baildon
iii) Resident Permit Parking Monday - Saturday 10.00am - 6.00pm on lengths of The Grove, West Lane, Jenny Lane, West Lane and Westgate, Baildon
iv) Resident Permit Parking Monday - Saturday 8.00am-6.00pm on lengths of Springfield Road, Baildon
v) Limited Waiting 2 hours maximum stay No Return within 2 Hours Monday - Saturday 8.00am-6.00pm on lengths ofPerseverance Street (within bay), The Grove, West Lane, Jenny Lane, Westgate, Baildon
vi) Resident Permit Parking on a length of Bank Crest, Baildon
vii) Disabled Person Parking Place on The Grove, Baildon
viii) Revocation of a length of No Waiting at Any Time on Ridgewood Close, Baildon
ix) Revocation of a Disabled Persons Parking Place on Church Lane,
Esholt
x) School Keep Clear markings on a length of Fyfe Grove, Baildon
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and at Baildon Library, Ian Clough Hall, Baildon. If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by e-mail to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday 27th July 2018 quoting reference:- CORP/ PCD/CEB401812
