Notice is hereby given that on the 6 September 2017 Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Daily Petrol Filling Station, Rushton Avenue, Bradford BD3 7HZ. The proposed variation is to permit alterations to the premises to include an extension in accordance with the plans deposited with the licensing authority. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:-Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX no later than 4th October 2017 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and the record ofthe application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. The licensing register is also available on line at www.bradfordlicensing.org.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
