ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (as Amended) - SECTION 14(1)
THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS
(MILK STREET, ST HELENS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 7th day of
September, 2017, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicles to proceed along Milk Street between its' junctions with Bridge Street and Waterloo Street.
The Order will come into force on Thursday 7th September, 2017, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be six months. The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the redevelopment of the former Tyrers building. Dated this 7th day of September, 2017.
