ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

CARR BOTTOM ROAD APPERLEY BRIDGE BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 744) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable a new sewer connection to be executed on or near Carr Bottom Road, Apperley Bridge has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Carr Bottom Road from a point outside No 46 Carr Bottom Road to a point outside No 48 Carr Bottom Road.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Carr Bottom Road (unaffected section), Harrogate Road (A658), New Line (A657) and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation on 4th September 2017 and remains in force until 25th September 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 31st day of August 2017
