If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 18 August 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose. Rowlands Road, Summerseat - Crag Lane to Railway Street

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. The alternative route will be>

Via Bass Lane, Manchester Road, Bury New Road, Peel Brow, Bridge Street, Bolton Street, Bolton Road West, Longsight Road, Newcombe Road, Peel Hall Road and Railway Street and vice-versa

The Order comes into operation on Thursday 17 August 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Dated 17 August 2017
