Notice of Cancellation of Registration (Friendly Societies Act 1974 s.91)
Notice is hereby given that the Financal Conduct Authoriy has this day cancelled the registration of Bowling Old Lane Cricket Athletic and Social Club (Register No. 2221 W) the registered office of which is at Birch Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD5 8BH. The grounds of
the cancellation are that the society
has wilfully violated section 43 of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 by not submiting to the Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing since that submited for the society's financial year ending 31 December 1995. The society ceases to be entiled to the privileges of a registered society, but wihout prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, whch may be enforced against it as if such cancelaton had not taken pace.
