ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

GOULBOURNE STREET KEIGHLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 694) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works to be executed on or near Goulbourne Street, Keighley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Goulbourne Street, Keighley from its junction with South Street for approximately 20 metres in an easterly direction.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Goulbourne Street (unaffected section), Kensington Street, Catherine Street, South Street and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation on between the hours of 19:00 to 23:30 on 8th May 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 4th day of May 2017
