NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 - SECTION 257 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 132 (BRADFORD NORTH) AND

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 136 (BRADFORD NORTH) OFF SANDHILL FOLD BRADFORD WEST YORKSHIRE

PUBLIC PATH (STOPPING UP) ORDER 2017

On 2nd March 2017 the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council confirmed the above Order.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to stop up those lengths of Public Footpath No. 132 (Bradford North) and Public Footpath No. 136 (Bradford North) located off Sandhill Fold, Bradford, West Yorkshire marked between points A-B and C-D by bold black lines on the map ref: 66666/T244/ BDN132/136_Order annexed to the Order.

A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order map has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Office, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.

This Order came into force on 2nd March 2017, but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which Notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
