ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

GOULBOURNE STREET, KEIGHLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 666) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of the installation of a Yorkshire Water frame and cover proposed to be executed on or near Goulbourne Street, Keighley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed along Goulbourne Street from the junction with South Street for 20 metres.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrian access. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Goulbourne Street (unaffected section), Kensington Street, Catherine Street, South Street and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 19:00 hours on 22nd March 2017 and remain in force until 23:30 hours on 22nd March 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 9th day of March 2017
