PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 136 (BRADFORD NORTH) OFF SANDHILL FOLD BRADFORD WEST YORKSHIRE

PUBLIC PATH (STOPPING UP) ORDER 2017

The above Order made on 24th January 2017 under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will stop up those lengths of Public Footpath No. 132 (Bradford North) and Public Footpath No. 136 (Bradford North) located off Sandhill Fold, Bradford, West Yorkshire marked between points A-B and C-D by bold black lines on the map ref: 66666/T244/ BDN132/136_Order annexed to the Order.

A copy of the Order and the Order map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to the City Solicitor at the address given below or by e-mail to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/ SPN/73599 by Friday 24th February 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
