ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 132 (BRADFORD NORTH) AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 136 (BRADFORD NORTH) IDLE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 618) ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable site preparation ground works to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 132 (Bradford North) and Public Footpath No 136 (Bradford North) Idle, Bradford has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed as follows:-Public Footpath No 132 (Bradford North) - in the length of Public Footpath No 132 (Bradford North) from its junction with Public Footpath No 133 (Bradford North) to its junction with Public Footpath No 135 (Bradford North).

Public Footpath No 136 (Bradford North) - in the length of Public Footpath No 136 (Bradford North) from its junction with Public Footpath No 133 (Bradford North) to its junction with Public Footpath No 135 (Bradford North).

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works to be carried out on or near the said lengths of public footpath.

No alternative route for pedestrians affected by the Order is available. The Order comes into operation on 12th December 2016 and remains in force until 13th December 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary). DATED this 8th day of December 2016
