North Yorkshire County Council, Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Craven, Amendment No 43, Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the residents disabled bay specified below:- Lang Kirk Close, Farnhill, South side from a point 22.4 metres east from the east channel line of Starkey Lane to a point 29.0 metres east from the east channel line of Starkey Lane.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be Inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at South Craven Community Library, Main Street, Cross Hills, Keighley, BD20 8TQ during normal office hours from 28/07/22 until 22/08/22 & also viewed online at
