ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NO. 84 (BRADFORD NORTH), BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is satisfied pedestrians on or near Public Bridleway No. 84 (Bradford North), Bradford should be restricted or prohibited because of the likelihood of danger to the public has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Bridleway No. 84 (Bradford North) from its junction with Public Footpath No. 85 (Bradford North) to a point outside Simpson Green Farm.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

No alternative routes for pedestrian traffic affected by the Order will be available.

The Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 14th March 2022 and will remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 9th September 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
