ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (as Amended) -SECTION 14(1) THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (PEASLEY CROSS LANE/ SUTTON ROAD/ MATSHALLS CROSS ROAD & SHERDLEY ROAD. ST HELENS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING-PEDESTRIANS AND CYCLISTS) ORDER 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24th day of November, 2021, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit a vehicle, pedestrian or cyclist to proceed in either direction along the roads listed in Schedule 1, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.

The Order will come into force on Monday 3rd January 2022, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works.
