ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

WYNCROFT RISE, SHIPLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 1359) ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works to be executed on or near Wyncroft Rise, Shipley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Wyncroft Rise from its junction with Hawthorne Avenue to its junction with Laburnum Road. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Wyncroft Rise (unaffected section), Laburnum Rise, Lilac Grove, Hawthorne Avenue and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on 8th March 2021 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on 26th March 2021 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 4th day of March 2021.
