NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Rika Mitchell applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on (15 Jan 2021) for a licence to use the premises at One Tivoli Place Guesthouse (1 Tivoli Place, Ilkley LS29 8SU) for serving some alcoholic drink (eg. wine, beer and sake) to accompany snacks and meals upon the guests' requests. Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX within 28 days following the day after the application was submitted to the Council. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 20 January 2021
