CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION)
(AMENDMENT NO **) ORDER VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE BRADFORD WEST AREA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions:-
i. 'Disabled Persons Parking Space' on a length of St Margaret's Road, Ferndale Grove, Heidelberg Road, Smith Lane and on lengths of Drummond Road.
ii. 'no waiting at any time' on length(s) of Laburnum Street, Spencer Road, Heights Lane, Sandsend Close, Nevill Grove, Crofton Road, Back Whetley Hill, Queens Road, Anderson Street, Scotchman Road, Jesmond Avenue, Highfeld Crescent, Thornton Road, Lime Street, Great Horton Road and Gathorne Street.
Hi. Revocation of existing 'no waiting at any time' restrictions on lengths of Bull Royd Lane and Lady Royd Gate.
iv. 'limited waiting' of 1 hour (return prohibited within 1 hour) except for permit holders between 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday on a length of Highgate.
v. Revocation of the existing 'no waiting' restrictions between 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday on a length of Green Lane.
vi. Revocation of existing 'permit parking' on a length of Nesfield Street
vii. 'limited waiting' of 1 hour (return prohibited within 1 hour) except for permit holders on a length of Nesfield Street.
viii. 'limited waiting' of 2 hours (no return within 2 hours) between 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday on a length of Bowland Street.
ix. 'no stopping' on 'School Keep Clear' markings between 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday 1st September to 31st July on a length of Squire Lane.
x. Revocation of the existing 'no waiting' restrictions between 8am-12pm Monday to Friday on lengths of Scotchman Road and Jesmond Avenue.
