A/20/88847/FULL 44 And 46 Railway Road Leigh WN7 4AT Conversion of 2 dwellings to 7 flats, alterations to external elevations. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
