Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for The Myrtle, 141 Main Street, Bingley, BD16 1AJ. The application seeks to amend the plan attached to the premises licence with the following changes: Extending internal customer area into adjacent building; New roof garden to existing first floor of adjacent building; Includes additional  female customer toilets; Amendments to external service yard/addition of external escape stairs. Such variation to nave effect upon completion of works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing. Permitted hours ana licensable activities to remain as existing. Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council about this application until Tuesday 8th September 2020 which should be sent to Licensing Team, Department of Place, 3rd Floor Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BDI IHX.
