(LILY HILL STREET, WHTTEFIELD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-
Formalisation of No Waiting at Any time
Lily Hill St, Whitefield - Both sides including the turning head on the west side, from its junction with Bleakley St/Cross St to a point 24m south of the projected southerly kerbline of the Un-named Side St adjacent to no.23 Lily Hill St Ref: TM2/19/460
THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY
(CLARK'S HELL, PRESTWICH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-
No Waiting at Any time
Clark's Hill, Prestwich - northwest side from the south westerly kerbline of Rectory Ln for a distance of 23.5m in a south westerly direction AND southeast side from the south westerly kerbline of Rectory Ln for a distance of Sm in a south westerly direction. Rectory Ln, Prestwich - from a point 15m northwest of the north westerly kerbline of Clark's Hill to a point 15m southeast of the south easterly kerbline of Clark's Hill.
The Council also intends to revoke The Metropolitan Borough of Bury (Clark's Hill, Prestwich) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2015, in its entirety as the new proposed order will include the restrictions from that Order. Ref: TM2/20/472
Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) (TOPPING STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-
Topping St, Bury- Temp Road Closure The closure is in place to enable excavation in carriageway. Diversion route via Brook St, Kenyon St, Taylor St and vice versa, (anticipated duration of works is 2 weeks)
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (LOMAX STREET, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-
Lomax St, Radcliffe - Temporary Road Closure The reason for the proposed order is to enable the removal of a redundant gas main. Suitable diversion routes will be signed on site where applicable. Emergency access will be maintained if required, access will be available for residents in an evening and early morning, (anticipated duration of works is 3 weeks)
The proposed Orders will come into operation on 17/08/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months. Dated 06/08/20 Council Solicitor
