CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 23 INSTALLATION OF A STAGGERED PUFFIN CROSSING FACILITY ON HARROGATE ROAD, REPLACEMENT OF A STAGGERED PUFFIN CROSSING FACILITY ON HARROGATE ROAD AND INSTALLATIONOF A PUFFIN CROSSING FACILITY ON AN UNNAMED ACCESS ROAD TO THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT THE FORMER FAGLEY
QUARRY SITE, OFF FAGLEY LANE, ECCLESHILL. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 23(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council having onsulted with the Chief Officer of Police pursuant to the provisions of Section 23(2)(a) of the said Act proposes to install a staggered puffin crossing facility situated on Harrogate Road, East of its junction with Victoria Road, Eccleshill and replace an existing staggered puffin crossing facility on Harrogate Road, West of its junction with Pullan Avenue, Eccleshill and install a puffin crossing facility on an unnamed access road to the housing development at the former Fagley Quarry Site, off Fagley Lane, Eccleshill.
