ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (SUNNYBANK ROAD & RANDALE DRIVE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-
Sunnybank Rd & Randale Dr, Bury - Temp Road Closure The closure is in place to enable Carriageway resurfacing works to take place. The proposed Order comes into operation on 15/06/20 and remains in force for up to 12 months, the anticipated duration of the works is 3 weeks. Dated 11/06/20 Council Solicitor
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (THATCH LEACH LANE, SANDGATE LANE OAK LANE, WHITEFIELD) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding as follows:-
1) Thatch Leach Ln, Whitefield

2) Sandgate Rd, Whitefield

3) Oak Ln, Whitefield

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. The alternative routes are as follows:-
1) Via Bury Old Rd, Heywood Rd, Mount Rd and Sandgate Rd and vice-versa

2) Via Thatch Leach Ln, Bury Old Rd, Heywood Rd and Mount Rd and vice-versa

3) Via Ribble Dr, Moss Ln, Bury New Rd, Bury Old Rd and Thatch Leach Ln and vice-versa

The Order comes into operation on Monday 15/06/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 4 weeks at each location (between 9am and 3pm) as and when required to allow surfacing operations to be undertaken. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (WOODHILL DRIVE & OVERBROOK DRrVE, PRESTWICH) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-
Woodhill Dr & Overbrook Dr, Prestwich - Temp Road Closure. The closure is in place to enable gas replacement works to take place in the carriageway.
The proposed Order comes into operation on 16/06/20 and remains in force for up to 6 months, the anticipated duration of the works is 4 weeks. Dated 11/06/20 Council Solicitor
NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257 (NON-DEFINITIVE FOOTPATH, COLERIDGE AVENUE, RADCLIFFE)
On 26/02/19 the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury made the above Order and on 03/06/20, the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to extinguish the public right of way over the land situate in St Thomas, Radcliffe shown as a thick black line A-B-C on the Order map and being the full width of the non-definitive footpath at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SD76940759 shown as Point A on the Order Map in an easterly direction for 72m between fences to a point shown as B on the Order Map at OSGR SD77010760 and then through a former garage colony site for 85m to terminate at its junction with Coleridge Avenue at OSGR SD77080759 shown as point C on the Order Map.

This Order comes into force on 11/06/20 but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the Town and Country planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
