ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

BEECHWOOD AVENUE, WIBSEY, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO1136) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works proposed to be executed on or near Beechwood Avenue, Wibsey, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Beechwood Avenue, Wibsey, Bradford, from a point at the junction of Beechwood Drive to a point at the junction of Beechwood Road.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Beechwood Avenue (unaffected section), St Enoch's Road, Watty Hall Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on 30th March 2020 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on 3rd April 2020 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 19th day of March 2020.
