ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

FAGLEY LANE, ECCLESHILL, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1217) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Fagley Lane, Eccleshill, Bradford has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Fagley Lane from a point outside No. 72 Fagley Lane for approximately 5 metres in a southerly direction and for approximately 5 metres in a north westerly direction. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

No alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available.

The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on 10th March 2020 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on 13th March 2020 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 5th day of March 2020.
