TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1125) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Apperley Road, Apperley Bridge, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to introduce a One Way Traffic Flow on Apperley Road from its junction with Harrogate Road to its junction with Apperley Lane when travelling in a north westerly direction.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Apperley Lane and Harrogate Road.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 09:30 hours until 15:30 hours on 17th March 2020 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
