ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

WESTFIELD LANE, IDLE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1188) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunications works proposed to be executed on or near Westfield Lane, Idle intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Westfield Lane from the junction at Town Lane to a point outside 33 Westfield Lane.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Westfield Lane (unaffected section), Wrose Road, Highfield Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 09:30 hours on 21st January 2020 and remain in force until 15:00 hours on 21st January 2020 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 9th day of January 2020.
