ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 157 (BRADFORD NORTH) WROSE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1036) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable gas works to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 157 (Bradford North) Wrose has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No 157 (Bradford North), from its junction with Cheltenham Road to its junction with Kings Road. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of footpath.

Pedestrian access will not be maintained while the works are carried out.

The Order comes into operation on 8 July 2019 and remains in force until 26 July 2019 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary). DATED this 27th day of June 2019
