ORR Valerie Elizabeth At the age of 91 years. Val, formerly of Otley, died peacefully at her West Suffolk home on January 18. A retired teacher and textile artist, and devoted wife of the late Dr James Orr, mother of Michael, Peter and Sally, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, she will be forever missed by us all.
