LAND Frederick John It is with great sadness that the family of Frederick John Land announce his death on May 30, 2020 at the age of 78. He passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. He was a much loved husband to Maureen, father to Julie and Christine, and grandfather to Liam, Daniel, Michael, Billie and Charlotte. He leaves behind his brother, Norman, the last of six boys. Fred will be remembered by all at The Bridge Church, Otley, where he was an elder for many years and played an active part in many of the church activities. A keen singer and amateur actor, his version of "Jesus wants me for a sunbeam" was memorable. The funeral service will be held at Rawdon Crematorium. All charitable donations to Wheatfields Hospice.
