PHILLIPS Frank Passed away peacefully at home on March 13, 2020 age 75. Dearly loved husband of Gillian, much loved Dad to Nick, Jason and Marcus. A dear Father-in-law and Grandfather. He will be so sadly missed. A private family cremation will be held due to the current situation. Once current restrictions have been lifted, a memorial service will take place. All enquiries to H Eaton and Sons Ilkley (01943) 607360.
