MULLIGAN Peggy On December 31, suddenly after a short illness, Peggy aged 87, formerly of Embsay. Loving wife of the late Fred, sister to Bill, dearly loved mother to Susan Lesley and Chris, mother-in-law to Caroline and loving grandmother to Katie, George and Louise.
