MERRITT Ron On June 3, peacefully at home in Ben Rhydding, aged 81 years. Dearly beloved husband of Joan, loving father of Jayne, Elisabeth and David and a very dear grandpa and great-grandpa. Funeral service will take place at Ben Rhydding Methodist Church, on Friday, June 21 at 11:15am, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Settle & Carlisle Railway Trust, for which a plate will be available at the service or sent, c/o John Whitham Funeral Services, 34 Leeds Road, Ilkley, LS29 8DS.
