GUISELEY were held to their ninth National League draw of the season at Nethermoor, tonight.

The result sees them drop a position to 22nd after Chester scored a dramatic last-minute winner to beat Barrow 3-2 and climb out of the relegation positions.

The Lions, who gave full debuts to striker Rowan Liburd and French defender Chris M'Boungou, have now drawn six times in nine league games since Paul Cox took charge.

The visitors were bright in the early stages with striker Bruno Andrade twice testing Jonny Maxted in the Guiseley goal.

Skipper Ashley Palmer headed a good chance over the bar for Guiseley while Liburd saw his touch go just wide from Mike Fondop's low shot just before the break.

There were few chances in a hard-fought second half with Lee Molyneux going closest for the Lions six minutes from time.
