Bingley 3 Ilkley Dynamo 7
DYNAMO went top of the Wharfedale Triangle League Premier Division after an outstanding performance away at Bingley.
The team showed great spirit and belief as they moved the ball around with purpose throughout the game.
A classy contribution from Tom Rennolds, who scored two inspired goals and Tom Higman, who also added a brace, ensured that Dynamo always looked like a side that would eventually click into gear.
Chris Holmes summed up the courage and hunger of the team with a dogged battling contribution up front and this, coupled with two superb saves from the ever-alert Shane Etherington, made certain that the visitors stayed in command.
Danny Kenna and Sam Jacomb impressed in midfield and helped Dynamo maintain pressure, particularly after the break as the team continued to push forward with ease.
An outstanding strike from Danny Henderson, who also showed some flurries of real quality, provided a fifth goal before Ben Cater added two late goals as Dynamo recorded their fourth league victory of the season..
