Bingley 4 Ilkley Dynamo 1

DYNAMO let in three goals in the final ten minutes to suffer their fourth defeat of the season in what had been a highly-competitive game.

Bingley opened the scoring early in the game but Dynamo soon hit back. Danny Henderson fired a powerful free kick into the top corner to level matters.

Making five changes from the previous game, the Ilkley side battled hard against a resolute and stubborn rearguard.

However, they failed to capitalise on a number of clear cut chances and found the Bingley goalkeeper, Scott Etherington in superb form.

He is the brother of the Dynamo keeper Shane Etherington, who was also called upon to make some impressive saves in an end-to-end battle.

Luke Bott led the line well for Dynamo and Danny Kenna, Sam Jacomb and Ross Wilson all made significant contributions for the visitors who continued to push forward on a regular basis.

Dynamo dominated the game for long periods of the second half with some neat possession. They created pressure but could not capitalise on it.

The match looked to be heading for a draw when Dynamo suffered a late collapse.

They took the lead with a goal that bounced in off the crossbar and the ground before hitting the net.

Two further goals, both from quick breakaways, resulted in the hosts plundering the three points.
