Lady President's Day took place at Ilkley Golf Club on Tuesday in mixed weather conditions, rain, wind and a little sunshine.
A stableford competition was organised by Mrs Claire Barker (Lady President) who provided drinks and refreshments at the 12th. All the players returned to the Clubhouse in the evening for prizegiving, cocktails and canapes which was just as successful as the golf!
The Lady President's Prize was won by Liz Webster with 39 points after a countback from Bernice Cawthra. Winner of the Silver Division was Ann Gillon (37 points) after a countback from Sue Atkins. Bernice Cawthra won the Bronze Division and second was Karen French with 37 points.
Special Prizes were awarded to Sophie Myles for Longest Drive on the sixth, Judy Haggas nearest the pin on the second and Pat Hopkinson for the 11 hole competition.The Surprise Prize went to Angela Harrison.
The B Team lost to Baildon away 5-2. Sheila Frazer and Jean Schofield won their matches.
