Cricketers doing well in new Zealand

Three young cricketers from the Airedale and Wharfedale League are spending the winter down under playing for Waikato Valley League side Otorohanga on New Zealand’s North Island.
Aire-Wharfe League re-elect Addingham

Addingham and Alwoodley, who finished in the bottom two places in Division C of the Airedale and Wharfedale Senior Cricket League in 2009, were up for re-election at the annual Council meeting at Otley Rugby Union Club, and both were re-admitted on 34-0 votes.
