Guiseley have added defender/midfielder Elliot Green to their ever-growing squad as they build up for their third season in the National League.
Green, 23, who has primarily played as a centre-back in a career which started in the youth set up at his home town club Lincoln City, will be hoping for better luck after playing just ten games for Guiseley last season due to injury.
He signed a pro contract with Lincoln in 2012 and had spells on loan at Lincoln United, Granthan Town, Stamford, Sheffield FC and Eastwood Town before moving to Sweden.
There he played for Ange IF FC and a couple of other clubs before a move to Canada in February 2016 after signing for Vancouver Whitecaps.
Green returned to England and signed for Guiseley last December but a bad injury ended his season early.
