Karate students collected a clutch of medals at two national competitions.
Thirteen members of the Seishin-Ryu Karate Club, which trains in Baildon and Burley-in-Wharfedale, were placed in the top three at the SKU (Shukokai Karate Union) National Championships in Sheffield.
Gold medals were given to Aaliyah Lindo, Curtis Iles, Francesca Li, Joseph Pearce, Mandy Shepherd, Laura Shepherd, Joseph Finn and Brodie Gibson.
Jessica Hall-Simpson, Jamie Kerridge, Kirsty Normington and Trevor Kerridge came second and Grace Clark-Coates won bronze.
Their success followed three medals for the club in the SKA (Scottish Karate Alliance) Nationals in Warrington, where Curtis Iles and Joseph Pearce won gold and Jessica Hall-Simpson came third in the kata sections.
