Leeds 0 Ben Rhydding 4
A glorious game, a tactical triumph and another three points for Rhydding kept them clear at the top of the North Division One.
From the start Ben Rhydding looked well disciplined as they began to produce the standard of performance that they have been working so hard on in training.
George Sweeting opened the scoring, getting a cheeky touch on a Will Musgrave cross.
Leeds defended well and broke down possession aggressively, and prevented any further goals before half-time.
Rhydding came out with new ideas and began to press Leeds effectively after the break.
Kieran Borrett, who made many brilliant interceptions, triggered an impressive counter attack.
He put Musgrave away on the right who selflessly slipped the ball to the oncoming Danny Foster who made it 2-0.
Neil Sugden was flawless at centre half and controlled the play immaculately in the face of increasingly desperate attempts by Leeds to unbalance him.
He began endless passages of play and got through to offer further support and release near the D.
Understudy keeper, Nick Bull, had the game of his life, saving both Leeds corners and making several other telling saves.
Connor Dowley had a better shift and Dave Exley looked composed and strong at the back.
Leeds began to look shaky as Rhydding turned the screw.
Musgrave delivered a slippery flick to put them 3-0 ahead and Sweeting was well rewarded for the miles covered with the final goal of the game, converting a thumper of a ball in from the big Aussie, Tynan Cassidy.
Rhydding now have two home games to look forward to, starting with Manchester on Saturday at 3pm.
