Regular visitor shocked by the state of the riverside area As a frequent visitor to Ilkley, I was shocked on Saturday Morning on walking by the river, to see empty cans beer bottles bags of rubbish floating in the river, worst of all among all this chaos two Men Lying drunk surrounded by empty cider bottles dead to the world.
