Timetable changes help Addingham commuters
BUS changes in Addingham have been implemented to help commuters connect more easily with trains from Ilkley to Leeds.
In the morning peak period on Mondays to Friday, an earlier bus leaves Addingham at 0620, connecting with the 0640 train to Leeds. The 0710, 0740 and 0805 trains already have bus connections. In the evening, all Ilkley trains from Leeds between 1532 and 1832 (except the 1715) now have bus connections from Addingham.
Alan Sutcliffe, of the Wharfedale Rail Users' Group, said: "It is hoped these changes will encourage regular travellers to leave the car at home and avoid parking problems in Ilkley."
