AN ART teacher has retired from a long-running painting class, but hopes to be reunited with former pupils at a new art club.
Gill Jackson has been teaching watercolour painting for the past seven years at Ilkley's Church House and at Shipley College. She was presented with a retirement gift from her Tuesday afternoon watercolour class students at Church House. However, members of the class expect to see her again soon, when she joins the newly-formed Manor Art Club. The club will meet on Tuesday afternoons at Church House.
