An Ilkley boutique went for a stylish look on Friday in support of Jeans for Genes Day.

Staff at Attic Womenswear in Crescent Court each paid a £5 donation to wear jeans to work, and invited customers to make donations in aid of Genetic Disorders UK.

The charity aims to transform the lives of children with genetic disorders. Money raised provides vital care and support for thousands of children.

Fundraising does not stop there, however. Attic is continuing to invite customers to make donations this week, and each person who visits the store and donates will be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of jeans.

The draw closes tomorrow and the winner will be announced on Saturday.
