Funeral service for tragic Sid

The funeral service for Addingham man Sid Rayner, who died in Kazakhstan last month, will be held in the village on August 31.
The service will take place at Addingham Parish Church at 1pm, followed by cremation at Skipton Crematorium. Mr Rayner’s family have requested family flowers only, and asked for any donations in lieu to be made to the Children and Young People’s Protection and Development organisation in Mongolia. The 36-year-old, below, was killed in a motorbike accident while on a long-distance trek across Asia in aid of the organisation.
