A teen four-piece rock band are hoping to make it big after their debut release.
The Concetines, made up of four friends in their final years at Ilkley Grammar and Guiseley Schools, have released an eponymous EP after enjoying successful gigs in Wharfedale.
The band formed in late 2010 with lead guitarist Danny Holt, bassist Jamie Walsh and singer and guitarist Matty Tate doing cover versions of hits from the likes of Oasis.
But last year, the trio were joined by drummer Claydon Peaker and have gone on to write and record their own material for a four-track EP, which is now available on MySpace.
The band, who are all 15 or 16, cite the Arctic Monkeys among their influences and can be seen at various venues around the area.
Their EP is available to buy for £3.
