THIRTY community groups from across Wharfedale are to stage an exhibition in Ilkley focused on tackling social isolation.
The event, organised by Ilkley and District U3A in partnership with Bradford Community Action, takes place at the Winter Garden on Monday, April 30.
Entitled Working Together, the display will show visitors how they can take part in a wide range of activities - aimed at combating loneliness - throughout the district.
Running from 9.30am to 1pm, it is being supported by Ilkley Parish Council Chair Councillor Steve Butler who will give a speech of welcome.
Ilkley Town Crier Isabel Ashman will also be out making sure residents 'know all about it' on the day.
Admission is free and refreshments will be available.
