THE Grove Bookshop in Ilkley has a number of author events coming up in the next few months.
The first of the year is on Saturday, January 20 at 11am there is a book signing with local author J.S. Hamilton, whose new book is a crime thriller called The Honour Killing. He is a retired criminal lawyer with an inside knowledge of the world of crime.
On the same day, Bradford-born author and illustrator Chris Naylor Ballesteros will be installing a window display inspired by his latest children's picture book, I Love You, Stick Insect.
Last year the store at 10 The Grove had a spectacular window designed by Alison Brown, and this is the latest collaboration with Bloomsbury Publishing. Chris will also be doing a Story Time event at 3pm - this is free but reservation is recommended.
