A NEW family run Indian restaurant has opened in Ilkley bringing authentic traditional Indian cuisine with quality service, using local suppliers for produce.
Four Kitchens, located in the Moor Shopping Centre, is owned by award winning head chef Sunil Sinha and also Hemant Ghosh and Tarun Bansal.
The ribbon to officially open the family run restaurant was cut by Ilkley's MP John Grogan, who said: "Four Kitchens is a welcome addition to the restaurant scene in Ilkley and I think will prove to be very popular. It has real style and elegance. The chef has a worldwide reputation and I was pleased to see much of the produce is locally supplied."
The restaurant offers something for everyone with a wide selection of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian dishes. Some of Four Kitchen's suppliers are Love Brownies of Ilkley, Ilkley Brewery, Masons Gin, Addingham Fruit Liqueurs, Skinny brand for gluten free and vegan friendly beer and Ramus for some of the fish. The owners are looking to add more local businesses to their list of suppliers.
